WATCH: Montserrat holds Remembrance Day service and parade

Government officials and uniformed services gathered in Little Bay on Sunday to honour military personnel who lost their lives in service.

The Remembrance Sunday ceremony took place at 8am on 10 November at the cenotaph in the War Memorial Park on Robert W Griffiths Drive.

The solemn event included a period of silence, a short church service, the laying of wreaths and a parade.

Uniformed services included members of the Royal Montserrat Defence Force, Royal Montserrat Police Service, HM Prison, Montserrat Fire and Rescue Service and Montserrat Secondary School Cadet Corps.

Among the officials in attendance were Acting Premier Veronica Dorsette-Hector, Governor Sarah Tucker, Commissioner of Police Mark Payne, Lieutenant Colonel Alvin Ryan, and Captain Colin Fergus.
