Montserrat suffered a 1-0 defeat to group leaders El Salvador in the team’s sixth and final match in the Concacaf Nations League.
The group stage game, held at the Estadio Cuscatlán football stadium in San Salvador on Sunday, 17 November, marked the fifth loss in the regional competition.
Rafael Tejada secured a single goal in the ninth minute and despite a strong effort, Montserrat were unable to claw the result back during the remainder of the match.
The means Montserrat remains at the bottom of the group with just three points from one win and five losses, while El Salvador claims the top spot with a total of 15 points.
In second place is St Vincent and the Grenadines with 13 points having won four, lost one and drawn one match, while Bonaire is in third place just above Montserrat with four points.

The team then beat Bonaire 1-0 on 10 October before losing 1-0 on 13 October and losing 2-1 to St Vincent on 14 November.
