Defending champions St Kitts and Nevis claimed back-to-back titles at the Montserrat Basketball Invitational Tournament, narrowly defeating the British Virgin Islands by a single point.
The thrilling final, held at the multipurpose sports complex in Little Bay on 14 December, ended with a nail-biting score of 69–68.
The lead shifted multiple times throughout the game, but St Kitts and Nevis ultimately held firm to secure the victory.
In the third-place playoff, Montserrat dominated St Eustatius, finishing with a commanding scoreline of 105 to 78.
The tournament, hosted by the Montserrat Amateur Basketball Association, began on Tuesday, 10 December.
After the first six games, St Kitts and Nevis had three wins, Montserrat had one win, the British Virgin Islands two wins, and St Eustatius no wins.
The semi-finals saw St Kitts and Nevis win against Montserrat, and the British Virgin Islands beat St Eustatius.
