St Patrick’s Festival goers asked for frank feedback

Attendees and participants of this year’s St Patrick’s Festival in Montserrat are being asked to provide their honest feedback on the popular event.

Montserrat Tourism Division and Montserrat Arts Council have put together an online survey to allow people to share their experiences and insights.

“This feedback will assist our departments in enhancing future festivals and ensuring an even more memorable experience for all,” a joint press release said on 29 March.

Nearly 3,000 people descended on the island in early March for the St Patrick’s Festival, a celebration deeply rooted in Montserrat’s cultural heritage.

“As we reflect on the festivities and look forward toward future events, we recognise the importance of hearing from those who attended,” the press release said.

“We are therefore inviting all attendees and participants to take a few moments to complete our short St Patrick’s Festival feedback survey.”

This survey encompasses various aspects of the festival, including event experiences, transportation, accommodation, dining, and overall satisfaction.

“Your feedback will provide invaluable insights into the areas of success and opportunities for improvement,” the press release added.

“[It] will help us shape future upcoming festivals to better meet the expectations and preferences of our community and visitors.”

The form is available by clicking here and the deadline to submit feedback is 4pm on 5 April.
